offices. We realize every office has its own 'personality' and offer
custom software and hardware installations to meet those special needs.
What's New
PCHS has located an alternative to Availity, LLP.,
the claims clearinghouse which took over THIN Clearinghouse then shut
down their Bulletin Board Service which received your batches of
electronic claims. I have noted the downgraded quality of service
and lack of reconcilable batch response reports since Availity took
control. The low priority assigned to these problems by Availity
prompted me to search for good alternatives.
The best option I have at the present time is "ET&T
Data Clearinghouse" in Mesa, Arizona. ET&T has been processing
electronic claims generated by E6 Software for about 3 years. And
they have done so with a minimal amount of problems. As part of
their processing service they 'scrub' claims to insure the least amount
of rejections possible.
